CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS “Mysteries in Beijing Board Game Contest”
Perfectoys organizes the following promotional program/contest entitled “Mysteries in Beijing Board Game Contest”, under the following participation terms:
The purpose of these terms (hereinafter the “Terms”) is to define the conditions of participation in the Contest, the draw, and the selection of the winners.
The Contest will take place from 22/12/2025 to 11/01/2026, and two (2) winners will be selected.
Eligible to participate in the Contest are all persons who legally reside in Greece and have reached the age of 18 years.

If the winners do not meet the requirements set out herein, other winners will be selected from the alternates, in order of priority, as determined by the electronic draw.
Within the framework of this promotional activity, Perfectoys has scheduled to offer exclusively the following gifts (hereinafter the “Gifts”):
AS GAMES Board Game “Mysteries in Beijing” for ages 8+ and 2–6 players (#1040-10008).
The winners will be selected by draw on 12/01/2026, after the end of the Contest, using the tool www.random.org.
Communication:
i. The winners will be notified exclusively via Direct Message on Instagram. Communication regarding the receipt of their Gifts will be conducted in the same manner, in order for the necessary details for delivery to be provided.
ii. In the event that communication with the winners is not possible, or they refuse or fail to collect their Gifts, or if they do not meet the participation requirements within 24 hours, the corresponding Gifts will be awarded to the alternates in the order in which they were selected in the draw.
The Gifts are personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be replaced.
Perfectoys reserves the right to announce the names and publish photographs of the winners on its website, in any of its printed materials and/or in mass media, and to use any related event for promotional purposes, including indicatively the receipt of the Gifts.
The controller responsible for the processing of participants’ data is the company PANTAZOPOULOS DIM. MON. S.A.

Your data will be stored on the Company’s infrastructure for the minimum period required to communicate with you. Your data will be processed only by authorized Company personnel and will not be disclosed to third parties within or outside the EU.
You have the right to request access to your data, correction or deletion thereof, to object to their processing, and to request restriction of processing.
You may contact us and withdraw your consent freely and at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point.
Having been fully informed of the above, you hereby provide your consent to the processing of your data.
Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of all the present Terms.
