“THE SYLVANIAN FAMILIES SECRET FOREST FALLS Contest”
Perfectoys organizes the following promotional program/contest entitled “THE SYLVANIAN FAMILIES SECRET FOREST FALLS Contest”, under the following participation terms:
The purpose of these terms (hereinafter the “Terms”) is to define the conditions for participation in the Contest, the draw, and the selection of the winners.
1. The Contest will take place from 12/12 to 29/12, and there will be two (2) winners.
2. The right to participate in the Contest is granted to all individuals who legally reside in Greece and have reached the age of 18 years.

3. If the winners do not meet the conditions set out herein, other winners will be selected from the alternates, in the order in which they were drawn during the electronic draw.
4. Within the framework of this promotional activity, Perfectoys has planned to exclusively offer the following prize(s) (hereinafter the “Prizes”):

5. The winners will be selected by draw on 29/12, after the end of the Contest, using the tool www.random.org
.
6. Communication:
i. The winners will be notified exclusively via Instagram Direct Message (DM). Communication regarding the receipt of their prizes will take place in the same manner, in order to collect the necessary information for prize delivery.
ii. In the event that communication with the winners is not possible, or if they refuse or fail to claim their prizes, or if the participation requirements are not met within 24 hours, the corresponding prizes will be awarded to the alternates, according to their order of selection in the draw.
7. The prizes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can their replacement be requested.
8. Perfectoys reserves the right to announce the names and publish photographs of the winners on its website, in any of its printed materials, and/or in mass media, as well as to use any related event for advertising purposes, including, indicatively, the receipt of the Prizes.
9. The data controller responsible for processing participants’ personal data is the company PANTAZOPOULOS DIM. MON. S.A.

You may contact us and withdraw your consent freely and at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point.
12. Having been fully informed of the above, you hereby provide your consent to the processing of your personal data.
13. Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all of the present Terms and Conditions.
