Competition Terms and Conditions

“DELI SKETCH MARKERS Competition”

1. Organizing Companies & Joint Data Controllers The competition is organized by the company “PERFECT TOYS” (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) in cooperation with the company “MATALON” (supplier/representative of Deli Greece products, hereinafter referred to as the “Co-organizer”).

2. Eligibility The competition is open to all individuals residing in Greece who are over 18 years of age and have an active Instagram profile. Employees of PERFECT TOYS and MATALON are excluded from participation.

3. Competition Period The competition begins upon publication of the relevant post and ends on 8 October 2026 at 23:59. Entries submitted after the deadline will be considered invalid.

4. How to Enter To participate, entrants must:

• Follow the @perfectoysgr and @deli_greece accounts.
• Like the competition post.
• Tag (mention) at least one (1) friend in the comments.

There is no limit to the number of comments, provided that different profiles are tagged.

5. Prizes & Selection of Winners

• Prizes: Five (5) lucky winners will each receive one (1) set of Deli Sketch Markers. Prizes are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Draw: The draw will be conducted using a certified electronic random selection application.
• Announcement: The 5 winners will be announced on 9 October 2026 via a Story/Post on the Organizer’s official accounts.

6. Notification of Winners & Delivery of Prizes The winners will be notified by private message (Direct Message – DM) on Instagram. If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days from the date the message is sent, they will forfeit their right to the prize and the Organizer will contact an alternate winner.

7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

• Data Processed: Username (Instagram username), full name, shipping address and contact telephone number (for winners only).
• Purpose & Legal Basis: Processing is carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the competition terms) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in promotion).
• Data Transfers: Winners’ details will be transferred to the Co-organizer, MATALON, or to a courier company exclusively for the purpose of delivering the prizes.
• Retention Period: Participants’ data will be deleted within thirty (30) days following completion of the delivery of the prizes.
• Rights: Participants retain the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by contacting [email protected].
