Resistance: Avalon is a stealth role-playing game. Players are either Loyal Followers of Arthur fighting for Good and honor, or Allies of Evil represented by Mordred. Good wins if it successfully completes three Missions. Evil wins if three Missions fail. Evil can also be defeated by killing Merlin at the end of the game or if the players fail to start a Mission.
Players can declare whatever they want at any point in the game. Debate, deception, accusation and logical deduction are all equally important for Good or Evil to prevail.
